Snapbags is committed to providing its customers with quality products.


Snapbags can not be held responsible for any faults and defects of the goods purchased after 7 days from receipt by the purchaser. The buyer will have 7 days from the moment he receives the product to return it and we will change the goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns communicated after this deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.


All shipping costs (sending / return) will be charged to the customer. Furthermore we are not responsible for the return of the items, we therefore recommend using traceable services and sending an e-mail to the Customer Service with the tracking number.


Each returned product must be new and unwashed.


In any case there is no monetary reimbursement but we will be happy to change the article with other products on the site, in the event that there are no replacement items will be issued a voucher equal to the amount paid, valid for one year.
